Echoes of the Past... and the PresentAbout 100 years ago the Templin family in Fergus built a large park along the Grand River with gardens, fountains, pathways and limestone walls. Over the years, pieces of the land were pared away for other uses. Only a third of the original Templin Gardens remains. The building in which Echoes on Templin is located sits on the original main entrance to the Gardens.
Below is a painting of the original gates by local artist Donna Hull and commissioned by Echoes. The painting and name "Echoes on Templin" are an echo of this lost piece of history.

Echoes on Templin is at 240 St Andrew Street West, in front of the Templin Gardens and right beside the Grand Theatre. We're only 20 minutes from Guelph, half an hour from Orangeville and barely 40 minutes from Waterloo.
